This is a simple sweet & sour salad dressing that is so easy to make. Add it to a spinach salad topped with warm bacon and hard-boiled eggs, or your favorite greens. I have also added my pickled eggs to the spinach salad for a pop of color and a tangy flavor. It comes together quickly making this a favorite in my kitchen.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons mayo (I use my homemade)
- ½ cup apple cider (I use homemade)
- 1 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 cup oil (I use avocado see my note)
Blend everything but the oil together using an immersion blender or a stand blender. Slowly add 1 cup oil and blend well. This is so good. Enjoy!
*You can use olive oil, but this will change the flavor a bit. Try to stick to a flavorless oil if possible.
