This easy to make pizza crust is so versatile. Use it for your favorite pizza but if you like pepperoni rolls this recipe is perfect for those too. Try my BBQ Chicken Roll Ups using this recipe as well. Be creative and try your favorite recipe with this easy crust.
Makes 2 Crust
- 3 1/2-4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cup water 110 degrees F
In a medium bowl mix the yeast, sugar, and water together and let proof for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the salt, and flour. When yeast has proofed, add oil and mix. Add to the flour mixture and combine well. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Roll dough out onto floured surface into a rectangle. Place on pizza pan and let rise 20 minutes, then top with pizza toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and topping is bubbly. Happy Cooking!
